About Montmarc
Montmarc is an established condominium community in Millcreek Township, with homes dating to the mid-1970s. Located just off East Grandview Boulevard, across from Mercyhurst Preparatory School and near Mercyhurst University, our neighborhood is approximately a 10-minute drive from downtown Erie.

Our homeowners association is run by volunteers from within our own community working together to keep Montmarc affordable, well cared for, and welcoming. Their time and effort help keep costs manageable and give residents a direct role in shaping the place we call home.
